You’re not here by accident.

For years, I asked myself the deeper questions:

• Who am I underneath it all?

• Why do I feel stuck, even when things look good on the outside?

• Where did my creativity go?

• How do I stop living from pressure and start living from truth?

• What does it mean to feel truly alive, grounded, and free?

These questions led me through my own initiations—through injury and burnout, spiritual awakenings and heartbreak, plant medicine journeys and deep dives into my subconscious. I learned how to rewire the beliefs that were keeping me small, regulate my nervous system, recalibrate my energy system, and listen to the intelligence of my body, spirit, and soul.

Now, I guide others—of all genders—on their path home.
